    I didn't train Sunday or Tuesday. I'm not sure what was going around, but a few people at the gym got it. It sucked.

    This is Saturday's training:
    DE SSB box squats with 130 lbs chains
    330 x 2
    340 6 x 2
    380 x 2

    Deads vs doubled short mini 2" deficit
    385 5 x 2

    SSB quad squats super set with GM
    260 3 x 5

    Tuesday:
    RE bench vs MM
    195 5 x 5 narrow grip

    I did some accessories. Being sick sucks. Apparently, the 195 for 5 reps is really entertaining and made the video, haha.

    I feel better but not 100%. I have enough time I'm going to do rep work this week. Then I'll have 3 heavy weeks of training before I take a week off for the meet.

    ME chain suspended (40") SSB vs doubled MM

    That pretty much sucked. The set in the video is a squat set. They are brutally ugly, but they worked my quads which was my goal. That's just a horrible starting position with the SSB and against bands.

    Brian, I prefer the SSB though. I carry a regular bar pretty high. I hate how it feels for GMs. It's too much neck pressure.

    Haha, I'm the opposite. I haven't really used any other bar besides the cambared bar for chain suspended gm's. I have used the buffalo bar once and hated it and used the ssb maybe 2 or 3 times.

    We don't have a cambered bar. We've talked about having someone make one. We just need to be confident it'll be right. We don't want one of those rackable cambered bars.

    I think someone made ours, but I can't remember. It seems to be right on. Have you looked into the one that New York Barbell sells? I don't really care for one of those rackable cambered bars either.
