I got my kinesio tape last night. This stuff actually is amazing. It's the only thing that makes the swelling in my knee go down.

Yeah, it'll stay on for 2-3 days and holds up when you shower. It's pretty cheap at $10/roll and free shipping at amazon. It's one of those things that's worth having a physical therapist do for you and just watch what they do. Then you can buy the tape and do it yourself. You can get a TENS unit for $70 on amazon which is pretty good. Then you can ice and stim on your own too. It's good to have for when you're done with physical therapy and aren't have it done there anymore.

Thanks! Yeah, deloading is lame, but it needs to happen sometimes. If not then I just go until I hit a brick wall.

I need to go heavy in gear more often. Whenever it's been too long, I get shakes something horrible.

I think some overload work may be useful as well for you marcus, some reverse band squats could probably get about 900lbs on your back. I used to have the same issue and I just kept overloading things until the weights started to feel light.

    Thanks Brian.

Ryan, I think you are 100% right. I upped the frequency of going heavy going into the meet and the issue completely went away.

ME bench vs 95 lbs of chains
    225 x 1
    275 x 1
    295 x 1
    305 x miss
275 x 1 moved grip out and worked back up

Kevin had some good bench advice. He said my grip was too narrow especially for how long my arms are. I couldn't really flare and engage my triceps right. I'm going to go full comp width grip and see how it goes.

    Skull crushers
    90 x 10
    100 2 x 10
