Yeah, it'll be at the new gym. It's too expensive here to rent a space for meets. Plus, I have zero interest in moving all the equipment. I actually setup the gym layout with hosting meets there in mind. We can do it with minimal equipment moving.

ME deadlift vs 80 lbs of chains
    565 x 1
    585 x 1
    605 x 1

The Super Training forum crashed. I'm not sure what my PR is, but this has to be very close or better than it.

    Trap bar deadlifts:
    375 2 x 8
    375 2 x 8 add 2" deficit

    Sumo SLDL:
    315 3 x 10

    ME bench with sling shot:
    365 x 1
    405 x 1

I guess not benching for 3 weeks hurts your bench. Go figure.

    Breaking in new overkill shirt:
    495 x 3
    495 x 2
    545 x 2

I didn't use boards or anything. I just brought it down as far as I could. I still need to stretch the sleeves a little more to get it fully seated. I'm going to wear the shirt more often than normal but after my main benching movement. That'll let me break it in without wasting a bunch of ME training sessions on it.

    T-bar row:
    225 4 x 10

    Panora press:
    MM 3 x 15

    Shoulder work.

Smart move with the shirt. That way you can still focus on a ME movement and break in the shirt as a secondary movement. How do you like it so far?

It makes me realize I've never worn a really right and properly fitting bench shirt, haha. I like it though. We'll see how it works as I break it in and touch. I definitely need to get stronger or the difference between what it takes to touch and my max will be very small.

The OK takes a while to break in.. I think it was around 8 sessions before I could come close to touching. In my 2ply shirt right now I can touch 518lbs but its very hard to do so and my ROM I am pretty sure is a little shorter than yours.

I have the 2-ply too. If I can touch mid 500's, then I'll be pretty happy. Your ROM probably is shorter than mine. I need to get serious about improving my setup to really get the most out of this shirt.

RE squat with buffalo bar vs 80 lbs of chains:
    230 4 x 8

    Cambered bar GMs
    295 4 x 8 (medium stance, no belt)

    Pull ups
    5 x 5

    Spud abs
    120 4 x 10

    Prowler with 2 plates
    5 x 50 yards

My conditioning has gotten bad. I needed to add in the prowler. I've started doing sets of 8 instead of 5 on more barbell movements. The weights aren't hard but I'm gassed by the end of a set.

Thanks. Yeah, sometimes you have to make changes.

The meet is official. It'll be USPA sanctioned and on October, 9th. We're offering raw and single-ply divisions, full power only.

The entry form will be available in a day or two.

ME SSB squat vs average band:
    400 x 1
    420 x 1
    440 x 1
    460 x 1

My PR on this is 500, so I guess my raw squat is at 92%. That's honestly better than I thought. My raw squat has been slower than the geared squat.

    SLDL 4" deficit
    315 4 x 8 (no belt)

    KB swing vs mini
    24 kg 3 x 10

Brad says these are stupid, but apparently his cable cross overs with mini bands are cool.

    Obliques:
    2 x 15

    TKE:
    blue 3 x 15

    Thanks!

    ME raw bench
    315 x 3
    335 x 2

    Shirt up
    495 x 2
    545 x 2
    565 x 2

Just more work on breaking in the shirt. My hands are completely numb after 3 sets, so I definitely have more work to do. I need to get to where I'm getting 5-6 sets in the shirt.

    Did some lighter accessories.

DE deads vs doubled shirt mini
    365 8 x 1
