The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Bands are fun I'm sure you'll be back to it in no time. I think you're recovery is already faster than mine was, and you had a much more major surgery done. It probably helps you were a lot stronger squatter to begin with.

    Thanks Coke!

Solid work Marcus, how you like the knee sleeves? Do you wear them just for support?

Thanks. They aren't very tight. I wear them to keep my knees warm. I've had knee issues in the past and have bone-on-bone arthritis in one of my knees. Using the sleeves to keep them warm helps a lot.

Thanks! Yeah, I generally suck at them, so it's a good movement for me to do.

Outlaws is pretty funny. Higgs is becoming a legend. First, he's the only guy at the gym with heart. Now he's a racist.

Yeah, he gets fired up. The gym has been more intense overall too.

DE box squats vs average bands with buffalo bar (size 50 boss suit)
    370 6 x 2
    410 2 x 2

I need to wear my 52 briefs for DE. The suit is a little to tight and I have force depth.

    ME geared squat:
    665 x 1 (straps up)
    705 x 1
    755 x 1
    805 x 1

Depth needs to be better. Not bad for first time wearing a suit over the overkill briefs though.
