    ME shirted 2-bd:
    496 x 2
    540 x 2
    584 x 2

I'm done with the overkill shirt. When my body weight is right, my arms go numb. The shirt is built like a tank. It's the only shirt I've worn where the sleeves don't stretch out. On every other shirt, I have get the sleeves taken in a big every 5-6 times I wear it. I'm going to order a triple ply SDP.

Floor press with 40 lbs of chains

    Seated row

    Panora press

yeah the overkill is a bitch of a shirt if its to tight. I have managed to stretch the arms of my shirt out with inflating footballs and handing weights off of it, but it doesnt move much. The 584 did look strong though.

I think the SDP is a better shirt for you to be honest because you have longer arms. Ive got to get the arms on my new SDP taken in already. SDPs seem to stretch quite a bit and im pretty sure im just going to buy an old sewing machine so i can keep it exactly where I want it.

I agree with you 100% on the arm length thing. I have the longest arms in the gym. I tried a football and mini basketball to stretch the arms. I even wetted them and it still didn't make much difference. Bill is thinking about getting a sewing machine.

Nick, I didn't like it. It obviously works great for some people. I've never had much luck with suits for sumo. That's why I use conventional at meets.

When I got my overkill it didn't fit at all. I put a football in the sleeves and kept in in the shower for a week. I told my gf everytime she had a shower she had to make sure to wet the shirt. Then after I setup some barbells at my gym and hung 315lbs for a few hours off the sleeves. All of that only stretched the sleeves about 1/4 inch max but it was enough for me to get in it.

also i did get an old singer sewing machine.. i grid stitched an old rage-x already and it wasn't too difficult.

I've been meaning to ask you, that rack you have that is 24" on the inside...do you think it will be too narrow for me to use? I know it will be perfect for my garage, but the company also sells one that is 42" on the inside.

24" is pretty small. I'd go bigger if you can.

Thanks Nick! Merry Christmas to you too (bit late!)

    Saturday video:

    Sunday

DE bench with MM under bench and 90 lbs of chains (Cliff picked the setup)
    145 9 x 3

    T-bar rows
    180 4 x 8

    Face pulls
    MM 3 x 10

    Panora press:
    MM + micro 3 x 12

    Hammer curls
    40 4 x 8

    Tuesday

ME deadlift vs quaded minis in suit
    405 x 1
    495 x 1
    545 x 1
    585 x 1
615 x miss (Hoss hit 605 when he did this at our gym a couple of months ago. I wanted to beat it, but wasn't strong enough)

That was a good experiment to get my setup in a suit, so I don't roll the bar. It worked.

    Rounded GMs with cambered bar
    255 4 x 8 (no belt)

    Pull ups
    3 x 8

    Knee, hip, and ankle stuff

Thanks Marcus, I had a feeling you were going to say that, lol. I believe OBB has the same rack you have and Jo Jordan also told me its pretty small. The other rack is more money but I'm sure it will be worth it.

Yeah, the thing is a good rack will last years of decades. It's worth paying the little extra for it. You can save money on other things like buying used weights.

Ok cool, i'll just get the bigger one then. I got a vertical leg press, roman chair, seated calf machine, adjustable bench, sit-up bench, 2-35's, 4-10's, and 4-5's today from my uncle. As long as my cousin doesn't change his mind, I get to keep them

I prefer the Okie. The knurling is less aggressive but seems more effective. I think it has more flex too which is great if you use it right.

DE squats vs 105 lbs of chain
    375 8 x 2
    415 4 x 2

    RDL vs quaded minis
    225 4 x 8

    Mega trap bar DL
    335 3 x 8

That was a lot of volume on compound movements.
