    It's from not having cartilage. When the orthovisc wears out, then it starts to hurt. It'll always be that way until stem cell gets better, since that's the only way to really fix it. The rest is just a short-term fix that wears out.

    Going to the bar with someone that's Irish is just a bad idea. I felt like crap and and my strength was way down.

    585 x 1.9 (3-bd) I couldn't lockout my right arm on the 2nd rep.

    My goal is to touch one rep every time I shirt up. The touched rep took 24 seconds and killed me. I wanted to get a lot more 3-bd work done than that. I need to get a lot more aggressive in a shirt. Next time, I want to focus on 2-bd doubles and touch a rep after.
