The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Thanks guys! Brian, just stay patient and you'll find deals to fill out your garage. Although, it looks like you already have a lot of stuff!

    Thanks Coke.

I got all the dumbbells and plates today. It took 2 trucks, because the weight was too much for 1.

how are you planning on putting DB work into your training? I have access to a gym with DBs for the first time in 3+ years and I am not sure the best way to use them.

My shoulders are really weak. I plan to use them for incline bench and overheads on DE day. I want to keep it to sets of 10+ so I don't go too heavy and impact recovery. I'll probably add DB rows now too. I might use them as a break from DE bench every few weeks too.

I use floor press or overheads with a barbell on ME days.

These were medium stance and sucked. Raw squatting without knee pain is awesome.

ME bench vs MM and 110 lbs of chain
    235 x 1
    255 x 1

That much contrast felt like a ton at the top. I missed the 275 pretty high up. Usually I can always grind it out from there.

Brian, I plan to in a few weeks. We already had an issue with spam. The default settings on the software sucked. I upgraded that. I want to get all our members posting logs and make sure everything is working smoothly. Then I want to add another section for non-members.

    Saturday

DE squats vs blue with buffalo bar
    410 6 x 2
    460 2 x 2

    My squats are feeling great.

    Trap bar deadlifts
    4 plates 3 x 5

    GHR
    BW 4 x 10

    Pull ups
    5 x 5

    Sunday

DE bench vs 110 lbs of chain
    165 7 x 2
    185 2 x 2

    Shoulder work.

I plan to shirt up Thursday, so I want to make sure I'm fresh for that.

    ME squat with briefs
    595 x 1
    645 x 1
    665 x 1 (add wraps)

That's the most I've done in briefs. Kind of sad I only get 106 lbs from adding a suit. It should be closer to 200. I guess my suit really is that loose.
