    I didn't train this weekend. We hosted our third meet. We had 40 entries and 37 showed up to compete. I tried to cap it at 36, but a few were already in the mail when we took down the registration form. We started at 9:40 (only 10 minutes late) and lifting was done by 5.

    ME bench off manpon:
    365 x 1
    385 x 1
    405 x 1
    315 3 x 5 (slingshot, no manpon)

    My shoulder still isn't 100%. I think I'm going to stick with using the slingshot until it is.

    Barbell rows (narrow grip)
    225 4 x 8

    Seated row (wide grip)
    230 4 x 8

    Shoulder work.
