I went to a chiropractor that's ART and Graston certified on Wednesday. That was my first pain free bench session in a long time. I'm going to be going back tomorrow then 3 times the next 2 weeks. I may keep going every 3-4 weeks and just get whatever is hurting the most worked on.

Yeah it does. It's a little painful, but I've had worse done, lol. I had a technique used on me that is by far the most painful experience I've gone through. I can't remember the name, so I just sent my friend a text and I'm waiting on his response, lol.

Marcus, what's with all the rumors on Outlaws about Bill?

Bill doesn't train with us anymore.

I spent Saturday and Sunday judging at the Diablo meet.

ME squat vs. 210 lbs of chains (titan briefs)
    500 x 2
    550 x 1
    570 x 1

    4" block pulls
    495 3 x 3
    585 3 x 3

The first set at 495 felt crappy because I jumped from 3 plates. I didn't feel like it was enough work after two more sets, so I added a plate and did 3 more sets.

Yes. I feel hitting 2 and sometimes 3 barbell movements on ME day really helps me. Also, I like deadlifting, haha. I try to do some type of deadlift every lower body day. I find if I rotate the variant enough then I can recover fine from it.

Thanks Brian! I think I'm close to the 405 raw now. I'm usually 20 lbs better on bench than floor press.

Definitely disappointed with my lack of depth on these. My legs were too fat to get my briefs all the way up. That made it near impossible to get my knees out properly. Apparently graston treatments cause a lot of swelling/water retention.
