ME bench vs. MM and 105 lbs chain
    235 x 1
    255 x 1
    275 x 1 (20 lb PR)
    285 x 1 (30 lb PR)
    295 x miss

The 285 was so easy, but with that much contrast you hit a brick wall fast.

Thanks Brian! I mislabeled the 285 as 295 in the video.

Usually my lifts look better/easier on video than they feel. These look far worse on video than they felt. No clue what that means.

    Thanks Mark!

Apparently it meant I hit the point of being over trained. I took a deload and still feel like crap. I shirted up Thursday and everything felt horrible.

RE cambered bar squats vs. 100 lbs chain
    295 8 x 3

I'm going to alternate RE raw squats and DE geared squats. I feel I'm getting diminishing returns from doing DE every week. I also need more raw squat volume.

Just been doing some light training, since I always get run down hosting a meet. At least now I'm smart enough to back off during that time instead of run myself further into the ground. I'll get back to serious training next week. The meet was a huge success. Plus, Kim hit an all-time WR squat and total. Colin hit 142 lbs worth of PRs compared to December.

We had 42 which was honestly too many. We had two flights of 16 for full power and 10 bench only. Next meet, I'll limit it to two flights of 12 full power and 12 bench only.

ME bench vs. 80 lbs chain with sling shot
    315 x 1
    335 x 1
    355 x 1
    365 x 1
    375 x 1
    385 x 1
    275 2 x 8 3-bd, no sling shot

I didn't really know what to expect, so I took some small jumps. It actually went better than expected.

Thanks Brian. I feel I should have had more. On 345, I setup too far down. I was bringing it down and the bands went from pulling down to pulling back towards my face. That didn't go so well.
