    Yeah. I recover better from deadlifting than squatting, so I need to take better advantage of it. With the weight loss, it's the ony thing that feels strong.

    Well, my raw squat is still rubbish. I'm sure it'll bounce back once I finish dieting.

    I planned to do 3 sets, but sets of 10 are like conditioning work. I was gassed.

    I want to sit around 247-248. My main goal is to be leaner and carry more muscle mass as a 242. The top 242s are relatively lean.

    That's the same with me, although I wouldn't mind being a little bit lighter. I woke up today at 247 and I'm cool with that. I know I'm not eating enough calories. I'm not eating just to eat, and I'm not eating to make my self feel like crap anymore, lol.
