    Tweaked my hip so I haven't squatted. I've been doing GMs for reps, since they don't aggravate it. Then I got a cold, so blah. At least I'm months out from my next meet.

    Thanks! I ended up with a sinus infection after that and allergic reactions to everything. I think the allergies are under control, but I'll probably still get tested. I've never had this happen, so it's weird.

    Started training for my next meet which is a qualifier to go back to the Arnold. I'm 16 weeks out.
