    Squat video

    Im training for Jr. Nationals in june, here was my last squat rep for a pr in training. The power rack really messed me up, which is why my walkouts were clumsy, but this is the most weight ive had on my back in a year. So I would like any constructive critisism from you guys.

    Here is what I know, I need to get some good shoes! and it wasnt USAPL depth, but I feel I just touched parallel, it was a good rep for me considering. My best at collegiates this march was 622. And I needed the big guy right there because like I said... for me it was a lot of weight.

    LOL, that sounds like it could be a new nickname for me. Thanks man, im hoping to squat more than that in favorable conditions. I have one more meet before Nationals, and thats this saturday in tulsa, Im looking for a 740lbs squat attempt if all the stars fall into place.

    Being a strong teenager means nothing.

    My wrists hurt, but some people don't have wrists to be sore. My knees have tendinitis, but some people don't have legs to get tendinitis in. I seem to be going backwards with training, yet some people can't even walk let alone lift 400 pounds on a daily basis.

    Dust out the vagina, and keep on lifting.

    Oh $hit Caveman that was a great lift. For me squats just plan suck but I love to see put up big numbers its a great motivator to get better.
