    Rotator Cuff injuries

    Any of you had RC injuries and did you recovery without surgery? How long before you could bench heavy without much pain? I'm guessing it's a RC problem. Bench and side laterals are about the only real painful problems.
    Remember, to get big, you have to get strong. The two are interconnected. Lift heavy, work hard, and size will come. Like night follows day. It works. Arnold

    Get your self a shoulder harness. available at Elite FTS or Westiside Barbell. Also find an ART Dr. in your area.

    Thanks Rob, I'll have to hit Chris up and see if he knows anyone Docs that do that here. Anyone had this before and recovered without problems?
