Im training for Jr. Nationals in june, here was my last squat rep for a pr in training. The power rack really messed me up, which is why my walkouts were clumsy, but this is the most weight ive had on my back in a year. So I would like any constructive critisism from you guys.
Here is what I know, I need to get some good shoes! and it wasnt USAPL depth, but I feel I just touched parallel, it was a good rep for me considering. My best at collegiates this march was 622. And I needed the big guy right there because like I said... for me it was a lot of weight.
