Hey guys, I've just gotten a gym membership and plan to do the following workout every other day.

Would this be adequate if I'm looking for results?


Pushups (5 sets of 10) (regular; fingertip; incline; decline; fingertip)
Pull ups (3 sets of 10)
Decline sit ups (3 sets of 10)
Bench (3 sets of 10)
Bicep curls (3 sets of 10)
Ab straps (3 sets of 10)
Dips (3 sets of 10)
Powerclean (3 sets of 10)
