Ways to lower testosterone (before blood test)

Hey guys, just got my doctor to give me a blood test. I think i have low test levels anyways (no sex drive, tired, more prone to pain) but is there anything i can do/take/eat to make sure the levels come back lower?

The reason is if its borderline and the doc might be on the fence i want to make sure it comes back low enough that something gets done about it. Sometimes a doctor might be against treating a slightly lower test level and i want to give no reason not to. icalled today and he's actually going to give me the blood draw tomorrow... i might be able to push it back if i have to. Is there anything i can do?

Would popping a propecia the night before help lower the test? Propecia is for balding men and stops TEST from converting to DHT in the blood. One site i read makes mention of it:

Ejaculation has been shown to reduce test levels.

Although, I think this plan is pretty dumb.

well im pretty sure my test is low, or i have a lot of the symptoms for other reasons. Which is why im getting the test. I dont want to try to drastically lower my levels, if im in the normal range then im ok but if im borderline i just want to make sure something gets done about it.

I just got finished with this electro nerve conduction test my doc got the results back for... i have mild carpal tunnel in both hands and a bunch of compressed nerves leading up my right arm to my shoulder im being sent for an MRI so while i was on the phone with the doc i asked for a blood/test level and he said sure to come down tomorrow. Easy and quick. So i just figured the night before if their was anything quicky i could do to lower my levels a little bit extra for the next morning.

I guess im not going to do anything though and just see how things pan out.

WRONG. Beating it in the morning actually raises your levels.

yeah ive read conflicting stuff on this. I was looking for info on naturally raising my test levels and i read something about morning sex... one place it said raise one place it said lower. I just read an article/test that showed that after 7 days of no sex their was supposedly a large (100%+) rise in free testosterone in the blood. Im thinking its the bodys response to get you pro-creating, if you havnt had sex in a while turn up the urge and it does that by jacking up your test production

I think the increase in test from sex/jerkin comes possibly immediatly after from your body starting to produce more sperm but who know if its actually useful in anyway to bodybuilders.

morphine will temporarily decrease serum testosterone levels.

Its really a bad move though to do this. You should go get tested legitimately and then if you need TRT you will get it. Otherwise you don't want to be on it. Why would you WANT to get injected with test by a doctor for the rest of your life?

you also know you'll probably never be able to have children if you go on TRT you will basically be inducing hypogonadism (your balls will shrivel up).

dude just order 100 grams of test and you're set. Thats 400 weeks (roughly 8 years) of TRT. Test is the most incredibly cheap drug you will ever buy. That would be about 75 cents a week for a 250mg dose.

If you're just going to lie to the doctor's face about your body why even bother going to the doctor? You're obviously not looking to get his help with your body.
