How do you beat those plateaus blue

Whats good everyone, I have been into heavy lifting for years, I got really into a few years ago but meal after meal protien shake after gallons of water to keep me going I always hit a wall where my bench drops off my weight levels off and I no longer see gains does anyone have some ideas how to get over that hump so when I start back up again I can keep going?

There could be any number of reasons why you are plateauing.
    I would suggest the following:
Take a break (a week or so for rest), eat more food (if you aren't gaining weight its because you need more calories, it's that simple), get a new routine, and make sure you are sleeping enough.
Those are most important things that come to my mind at the moment.

What's your training program like? This is one of the reasons I like the Westside method. If I feel weak, sick, just did a meet, etc, then I just pick something I've never done or having done in a long time. It's hard not to set a PR. That gets you back to building momentum.

if your weight has leveled off chances are you're not eating enough. make sure you're getting enough rest, change up the rep scheme. often times just fixing small things in form can even help.
