    Does anyone know where I can order small weights (below 2.5 Ibs.) over the 'net. I need them so I can keep adding weight to the bar when the increases start slowing up. Thanks.
    That said, look at Chase. He is bigger than Arnold was at the same age. Now, he doesn't quite have the Arnold shape, but for pure muscle mass he has more.

    stop being a pu$$y and throw on some 5 or 10's !

    LOL, I am just kidding.... I am curious too as on some of my exercises a 5 lb jump is a bit much...

    Any know ? UK and USA ?

    I have used a company called tst leisure before and they are pretty good, if you click the link http://www3.btwebworld.com/cgi-bin/listprod.cgi/tstl u can get 1kg plates(2.2lbs)

    They also have a wide variety of weights and excerise equipment, but I think they only sell their products within the U.K. http://www.tstleisure.co.uk
