    Changed reps to mix things up, advice pls

    For the last 4 weeks i've been doing 6 exercises doing 6 sets with 8 reps, I've been finding that really good.

    I'm now gonna be doing the same exercises with 4 sets of 12 reps for the next 4 weeks.

    I pick a weight so i do each set to failure pretty much. Does that sound good to you guys>?

    sounds similar to that of the wbb 1.1 after week 4!

    And in another 4 weeks or so, switch it up to 5 sets of 5 reps or similar.
    Give chalk a chance.
