    Size & Strength Routine (comments)

    Monday: Bench :8,5,3,1,1,1,5
    Db Inc flyes, ss with Db inc press 2x

    Skull crushers, ss with rope pushdowns

    Wednesday: Deadlift:8,5,3,1,1,1,5
    Chins,ss with shrugs 3x

    Straight Bar curls, ss with Db hammer curls 3x

    Friday: Squats: 8,5,3,1,1,1,5
    Goodmornings 2x

    Seated Mil press (front) 8,3,5,1,1,1,5
    side lats,ss with rear lats

    Thats it, maybe throw in abs on Mon & Fri

    They are heavy for me.....when I first started this routine my singles were 225. I added 10 lbs every week until I started sticking then switched to 5 lbs jumps. Im now around265-270 range for singles.

    I wouldn't do 3 heavy singles in the same excercises every week. Start burning out after a while.

    You think I should keep the sets the same but maybe do only 1 single per week, or maybe every other week?

    Maybe one single per week but i wouldn't even bother with that.
    I'd drop all the singles and just add another 3 rep set

    eh... i ugess if it works for you, it works, but i am doing a routine that garauntees size and strength
    Don't just call me pessimist. Try and read between the lines. I can't imagine why you wouldn't Welcome any change, my friend. I wanna see it all come down. suck it down. flush it down.

    Current Lifts:
    Bench Press: 290
    Deadlift: 405
    Squat: 380
    Total:1075

    Goals by September 2002:
    Bench Press: 300
    Deadlift: 435
    Squat: 450
    Total: 1185

    Adam, your right I will probably drop the singles and add another 3 rep set, probably get better gains that way.....Thanks
