I was playing football in a big match with some friends today and this huge guy slammed his knee into my thigh... Needless to say I can barely walk on it, and thus won't be able to squat, so I was wondering what to do... Should I just miss the workout until my leg is better and just do something that doesn't involve my leg (situps, or something that doesn't interfere with the rest of my workout schedule for the week)... Or something else??
