    Need a routine that focuses on Deadlift & Strict press

    I need a program that focuses on military press and deadlift, 2 days a week regular gym training and Sunday event training. I have searched but cant really find anything.

    How long have you been training? What are you current bests for squat, bench, deadlift, and over head press?

    Deadlift is 460
    Squat 385
    Pushpress 235/strict press 145

    Trainign 2 years now

    Tom Muttafis (who designed this routine) is also one of the most helpful people on this board and he'd be likely to answer any further questions you have.
