Can someone set me up with a good diet for, a 16 year old. Right now I weigh about 175, I am a cornerback for football, so I need speed and quickness. I have about 3 months to get where I want to be. I want to cut about 15 lbs of fat, and put on about 10 lbs of muscle. I need a diet where I can still get pretty good strength gains on, especially in my legs. Please help

You aren't going to put on 10lbs of muscle and lose 15lbs of fat in 3 months. Pick one or the other.
