17 years old. 138 pounds. and I'm 5' 8". I'm very athletic and I play hockey. I have a great workout schedule.
My goal for next month, (June) is to be 140 pounds.
Then, the next month (July), 145 pounds.. and
By the end of August I hope to be at 150 pounds..
I drink a lot a lot of water everyday, and gatorade when i dont drink water.. I take Glutamine Powder, Protein Shakes, Multivitamins. I'm about to start NaNO Vapor next month, as well..and I eat good
Any tips or information someone could give me to accomplish these goals?

Eat alot of real food. Lots of it. Lift heavy things repeatedly. Heavy things.
12lbs in 3 months is very doable, good luck, have fun - and if you fail, you have to eat 12lbs of fried chicken :-D
Eat....and search. Both will work equally as well.
No need to buy Nano Vapor...just eat a lot.
Like, a lot. And lift heavy.
If youre not getting enough protein from your food intake, supplement with a whey shake, or Nitrean is awesome.
Just remember, eat a lot. And drink milk. Lose the gatorade..
As for lifting, follow something like Starting Strength, with heavy, heavy compound lifts. Ive gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks doing this:
Dead Lift/Squat: One Day a week
Bench Press/Dumbbell Shoulder Press/Pullup Twice a week
and eating a lot.
Did I mention eat a lot?
