Currently I am doing SS, but I wanted to mix it up and throw in some lifts besides with barbels, such as sled drags, fingal fingers, tire flips etc. I was wondering how I could fit this in to my routine, would it be too harsh on my body to do both on one day?, should I go a week of rippetoe, week of the other training? I need help on this one.

It can be used like a sled, or even like a Prowler to push.
