    overtraining standing abs...

I know in theory you can over train every muscle, but if I did 4 sets of 20 of standing abs (pulldown machine) 5 times a week... am I at risk for over-training or am I at risk for a six pack?
When I die. I want to be frozen. And if they have to freeze me in pieces, so be it. I will wake up stronger than ever, because I will have used that time, to figure out exactly why I died. And what moves I could have used to defend myself better now that I know what hold he had me in.

Remember posting this? This is the answer to your question. You're not even 150 pounds, you've been training for a month and you think you are overtraining? Follow a premade routine for 2 years, eat a lot, make gains, then think about making your own routine.

Thanks... I'm the kind of person that makes mountains out of mole hills... I'll try to keep it simple.

I think at 148 at 5'9 a 6 pack should be the last of your worries much less over training your abbs. do you have a journal where people can give your feedback on your workouts?
