hmm, so your dieting to bulk?
then it looks like you have too little carbs in there. your largest meals seem to be lunch and postworkout. add more carbs in the morning and maybe a bit in your last meal. breakfast should be your largest meal is what ive always heard on this site....

anyone correct me if this is wrong....

have you counted out the calories? i think a lot of people will want you to do that before more critiques....

    hope that helps....

I think you should count up your calories first. For bulking, go for around + 500 cal maintanence level. IF you do not see results, just keep eating more, and more....

That doesn't seem like very much food for me. I'm on a diet to lose some body fat and get a little more cut up and I'm eating more food than that.

Try to double it up on some things and eat some more meat. For breakfast, maybe throw in some egg whites and beef or another protein shake somewhere in there.

That "breakfast "isn't even enough for a girl dieting for a fitness comp, let alone someone looking for size. if you're gonna have protein powder, get a weight gainer.

A 1/2 tin tuna? And celery sticks? No wonder you weigh 153, if you keep eating at this rate, you'll be 143 in no time!

Try adding at least half a dozen whole eggs, half a gallon of milk, red meat, and a half a loaf of some good wheat or 12 grain bread, if plan on doing any growing.

    Ha... my old Breakfast..

Well, rite now, i'm sorta trying to be on maintenance...
When i was eating for size,, my breakfast was usually around 700~1000kcal...

As long as i remember, i think i ate
    10egg whites, 1 egg yolks
    1 cups of oatmeal
    1 banana
    1 Tbsp of P&B
    1 cup of milk
    How far would you go?
