    any difference?

    been lifting on and off.. but was kinda serious in eating bit more and lifting bit heavier for the past 3 mths

    the 1st pic was taken in dec 07..

    the 2nd and 3rd were taken in april 09 and may 09 respectively..

    any difference in that 1.5 years time?

    how much weight have you gained? you look a bit thicker. not a huge improvement but it's noticeable. good work!
    Age 20-5'10
    Then: 134 lbs November 12, 2008
    Now: 195 lbs

    think i gained about 8-10 pounds.. but like what i said, i wasn't really consistent till the last 3 months.. yes, will definitely keep it up. thanks fella!
