    I prefer an ale or some belgian beer as well. I rather have one really nice one, instead of having multiple normal beers.

    They are implementing a so called "Wietpas" or Weed card. This is a card given to Dutch citizens which they need to be allowed to buy weed. Obviously, tourists wont have this card and will be denied the sale of all drugs, including soft drugs like weed. Seeing as 99% of the tourists are drawn to Holland because of the weed tolerance, this will become a pretty big issue for the tourist industry.

    25x2x90kg (200lbs) <- in 14 mins, 31 seconds

    I havent done this weight for time before, so this is my new personal best. Last week, i did 25x2x185lbs to a low box in 15 mins, 9 seconds so ill see this as an improvement.

    Deadlift, Sumo
    3x1x60kg (135lbs)
    2x1x80kg (175lbs)
    1x100kg (225lbs)
    1x110kg (245lbs)
    16x1x120kg (265lbs) <- in 3 mins, 47 seconds

    I was a bit slower on speed and form wasnt where i would like it to be. I did 16x1x245lbs in 3 mins, 19 seconds last week. I should have beaten that.

    Leg curls

    Standing Cable Crunch

    Dragging myself home

    I time it myself, so pretty much the first . Especially after the squats im quickly stumbling to my stopwatch not to waste any time, lol.
