No training yesterday. I would normally take a deload this week but i decided to skip that and just take a day off. My elbows are still a little sore so not doing any presses was great.
The Accumulation block is now over and i will be moving into the Transmutation/Intensification block. Pretty happy with how this block went. Especially on my squat, i was able to increase my confidence and form, get faster and i feel my GPP has increased a lot. I do have to say that beating the time on the high volume speed squats becomes a real bitch in that last week, lol.
The next block will be me killing myself with higher percentages and more Barbell supplementary work. Speed work will be done in a three week wave with bands. This is the hardest block, so ofcourse im really looking forward to it . There also wont be complete recovery between training sessions so it will be interesting to see how that works out.
Loving the training so far. I feel strong all the time, instead of being run down. Im also looking forward to training, which is something i havent had for quite some time.
