Spent the weekend at my girlfriend's house as my girlfriend's mom was turning 50. Diet wasnt great, sleep was lacking so im pretty happy with how this session went.

Will be travelling tomorrow and Wednesday for work. I packed pork with a mixed salad, several shakes with coconut oil, almonds and eggs. Hopefully, that will be sufficient for the two days with some restaurant food added.

The stretching is meant to increase recovery and to stretch the muscle fascia.

I remember you saying you were allergic to orange triad possibly, did you figure out it it was it or not? I thought I read somewhere it can effect people with any kind of shell fish allergy.
