My neck is still messed up, it hurts looking to the sides. Not sure what is. I thought it was muscle soreness but its not getting any less. Well it was, until i did the sumo rack pulls...Will keep an eye on it.
The diet continues to interest me. How do you feel during the day at work? Focus ok?

I dropped about 4 pounds this week, which will most likely be almost all water weight. I havent been in the gym after my session on Monday. My neck was incredibly sore on Tuesday and i had almost completely lost mobility (turning to the left was almost impossible without pain). A friend of mine, who is a fysio therapist, suggested to rest it and do some light stretch to try and get that mobility back. At this point, it is feeling much better. There is still some slight pain but i can turn my head normally.
Training wise, i wont be doing anything that will put pressure on my spine. Squats, rack pulls, rows, overhead work are currently all out of my exercise selection. I have some replacement exercises so i will be going into the gym this morning. Most likely, i will go back to squatting etc after my trip to Dubai.

Feeling the no carbs a bit and the fact that my neck isnt 100%. The pump on the leg extensions was insane. Its been a long time i have had a pump like that in my quads. I wobbled home.
Preparing for my carb nite that starts in an hour. I have got some good stuff, aiming for about 800 grams of carbs. This will have to last me a week so i will have to make it good .
Interesting man, may have to try some kind of carb manipulation in the future. good stuff. keep up the good work
