    Squat
    3,2,2,2x132.5kg (290lbs)

    Goodmorning's
    6,2,2,2x90kg (200lbs)

    Standing Calf Raises
    3x8x110kg (245lbs)

    Cable Curl
    5x10x45kg (100lbs)

    Leg Raises
    4x10xBW

Failed pretty bad on squats today. Everything felt extremely solid. Warm up reps were very fast and felt light, better than normal. I was pretty excited because i knew i was going to get 6 reps with this weight. First three reps were solid. On the 4th rep i just dropped into the hole, lost tightness and i had to take a step back not to fall over. The bar travelled forward and i had to dump it on the pins. Luckily, pins were set up pretty well, even though i didnt get bar straight on the pins.
Was pretty pissed off after this, so i put the bar back in the rack (had to take the weight off) and then went for the clusters. Got those with relative ease.
First time i ever had to dump the bar, but all in all i didnt get hurt or anything so thats fine.

Went heavier on the GM's to try and make up. They are getting heavier and i feel like my quads are taking over a bit to get the bar up.

    Rest was as per usual.

Diet was solid yesterday. I am feeling pretty hungry today, which usually happens after squatting. Today should be good again with some cardio tonight.

Neither would i if it was a 1RM. I got three reps with a weight never lifted so i guess its a PR. I feel stupid about the PR thing anyways, as i am still enjoying linear progress. Removed it and will likely not post PR anymore as it doesnt make much sense.

Holy goodmornings!!! 200 lbs. is a lot of weight to be doing those with, that's nuts!! But hey, if you can do them with good form still, props to ya brotha!

Nice bench PRs too man, congrats!! It's always a good feeling to get not one, but TWO PR's for the same lift in one session!!! 15 lbs. away from 2pps....

Thanks Bri. I really feel GM's are a great exercise, heavy or light.

    45 mins of MISS.

Really wasn't in the mood for cardio last night. I did go, but it is starting to get a little boring. I might have to switch it up a little to bring back motivation.

I couldn't even imagine doing that for 45 minutes. 20 minutes is enough to bore the crap out of me. You could try switching things up, like 10 minutes of eliptical, 10 minutes of stepper, and 10 minutes of bike...or whatever.

Tabatas are great for cardio/weight loss if you want to mix it up. Off Roads suggestion is a good one as well. Don't worry about the technique glitch, the strength is improving!

    Thursday's session

    Bench
    5,2,1,1x85kg (190lbs)

    DB Row
    6,2,2,2x52's (115's)

Face Pulls SS Side laterals SS Chin-ups
    1x15x35kg (70lbs) | 1x15x7's (15's) | 3xBW + 2 negatives
    1x15x35kg (70lbs) | 1x15x7's (15's) | 2xBW + 2 negatives

    Tricep Pushdown
    20x40kg (90lbs)

    Chest Flies
    2x10x47kg (105lbs)

Bench isnt really going anywhere. Im also not getting weaker on it, so i guess thats a positive. It is a little frustrating that things are starting to stall, but i guess thats what happens when you focus on loosing fat.

Chin ups are hard, but such a valuable exercise. I really need to include those more often and get stronger on them.

    Squat
    2x6xbar
    6x40kg (90lbs)
    3x60kg (135lbs)
    3x80kg (175lbs)
    3x100kg (220lbs)
    3x115kg (255lbs)
    1x130kg (285lbs)
    1x140kg (310lbs)
    1x150kg (330lbs)

    Rack Pulls
    6x110kg (245lbs)

    Ham Curls
    2x10x110kg (245lbs)

    Leg Ext
    3x10x64kg (145lbs)

    Cable Curls
    5x10x45kg (100lbs)

    Leg Raises
    4x10xBW

Squats werent solid today. My lower back was feeling stiff and sore which made it hard to keep proper form. The 1x310lbs felt solid though and was pretty fast. Form on the 330lbs wasnt great, there was a little GM'ing out of the hole, but i got it up.

Lower back wasnt feeling the rack pulls so i did a couple of sets with the belt on but i still felt some pain so i didnt push it. Did some isolation work to still get some good work in.

Intensity/Energy is definitely starting to get lower. The last couple of sessions, intensity wise, were mediocre in my opinion. I think refeeds are starting to become more essential. I am not sure if i will make my weekly refeed bigger, or if i will include a second refeed during the week but keep both of them smaller. I will start with sticking to my single refeed, make it bigger and see how i feel.

Im going to the sushi buffet tonight, to kick off the bigger refeeds.

Hehe, it normally isnt too bad, but i have been doing the same thing for 12 weeks and its getting a bit stale. I like your suggestions, thanks. I also think including a bit more supersets during normal training should bring back some excitement and motivation.

Thanks John. Tabatas are pretty intense and definitely worth a try at one point. Just not sure how they would impact recovery as im already feeling that that is an issue.

More practice with the lower reps will have you dialed in. Great squat session and make us proud at the buffet.
