Happy with this week's weight loss. Slowly getting to a weight i havent been in a long time.
Im going to have a big refeed on Saturday. Will probably take in 600-800 grams of carbs and will note weight at several stages to see what the effects are. Fat will be kept as low as possible and protein should fall at around 180-200 grams.
