Dang! 60 minutes on the elliptical machine? I would go mad from boredom. You have some serious will-power to stick with it that long.

Good session. GM's felt pretty strong. Happy to include calf work again. Pump after the curls was amazing, feeling good.

Diet Nothing exciting. Craving pizza constantly...

Thanks guys. The cardio isnt too bad, i have gotten used to it and just make the best out of it. Adding a good music playlist helps a lot.

Cant wait to go to bulking John, even if it will be a more controlled/slow bulk.

Great cardio work LuNa. If you aren't already I'd try taking 3 mg of Melatonin about 30 minutes before bedtime each night, really helped me with my sleep. I've found ZMA has also been helpful plus I have some awesome dreams when I take the stuff lol. I hear ya on the cravings, stick to the diet man, it's going to pay off big come your vacation. You'll be happier without the pizza in the end, I know from experience.

It is close to parallel. I find that the heavier weight tends to roll forward more, so i go to the point it starts to roll.

I have been looking to see if i can get melatonin here, but no luck as of yet. I tried out ZMA a couple of times but it didnt make a big difference. I did feel more drowsy in the morning. Thanks man!

    Yesterdays session

    DB Incline
    8x32's (70's)
    8x28's (62's)

    Chin ups
    5xBW
    5xBW
    4xBW + 1 long negative

    Cable Crossover
    8x40kg (90lbs)
    20x20kg (45lbs)

    Seated Row
    12x61kg (135lbs)
    12x68kg (150lbs)

    Cable Tri Ext
    20x35kg (75bs)
    6x45kg (100lbs)

    DB Shrugs
    20x16's (35's)
    20x20's (45's)

    Lat Raises
    15x60kg (135lbs)
    13x50kg (110lbs)

Moved through this session pretty quick. Rest was kept short across all sets. Never done cable crossovers before, but they felt very solid. Had a great chest pump.

Sleep About 6 hours. Im starting to feel pretty fatigued during the day which is causing me to loose productivity at work. Good job its a little slow at work to begin with.

Diet Going to increase fats slightly. The weight is still coming off pretty fast, a little too fast, so just going to increase calories slightly. About a 100-200 calories worth of fat. Will also up fish oil a bit more.

    Week 25

    AM Weight: 91.9kg (202lbs) -1.1kg (-2.5lbs)

Getting close to the 200lbs mark. This weeks weight loss also marks a total lost of a little more than 40 pounds. Very happy with what i have accomplished so far. Only 3-4 weeks to go. I will likely start to taper off the diet when i reach 90kg (198lbs).

    Nice workout!

Good call on the fish oil too, it works wonders. I find aches and pains coming all over the place if I'm off it too long.

Can you get an addiction to fish oil, lol?

    Cardio

    60 mins of LISS, HR@140

Calf stretching as my calfs have been extremely sore/stiff these past couple of days. They were feeling much better after the session, but are now slowly going back to making it difficult for me to walk .

    Monday's session

    DB Inclins
    10x32's (70's)
    10x28's (62's)

    High Incline Smith presses
    7,2,2x50kg (110lbs)

    DB Row
    10x52's (115's) <- each arm
    10x52's (115's) <- each arm

    Cable row
9,6,5x12 (no idea what weight, setting 12 on the weight stack)

    Cable tri ext
    14,5,4x25

Relatively quick session. DB Inclines seem to be moving along in weight which im happy with. The cable rows were amazing. Great stretch in the lats.

Sleep Ok, getting a decent amount. I do feel slightly fatigued during the day but the magic oats before my training session help a lot.

Diet The slight increase in fat is making me less hungry during the day which is great. No other changes at the moment.

    Tuesday's session

    Squats
    6x150kg (330lbs) <- PR
    20x110kg (245lbs) <- PR

    GHR
    10xBW
    10xBW

    Pull through
    20x40kg (90lbs)
    20x40kg (90lbs)

    BB Curls
    7,4,2x40kg (90lbs)

    DB Hammer Curls
    4x20's (45's) "Run the rack" 6x9's (20's)

    Standing Calf Raises
    3x8x90kg (200lbs)

Trying to keep up with Off Road on the squats, which is pretty much impossible. Before/during the set i kept thinking, OR did this with more weight, got 25 reps and he is twice your age. Good motivation, so thanks OR .
GHR and pull throughs were relatively light as my legs didnt have much in them anymore. Got a nice pump on the curls.

Sleep Slept like a baby after the squats.

Diet Had a nice PWO meal which was about 100 calories more than normal. Nothing that should derail the fat loss but i felt like it after the squats. No structural changes.
