    Tuesdays session

    Squats
    6x152.5kg (335lbs) <- PR
    20x115kg (255lbs) <- PR

    GHR
    2x12xBW

    DB Offset Alt. Curls
    7x20's (45's)
    10x16's (35's)

    Pinwheels
    11,8,8x16's (35's)

    Back Raises
    10xBW+10kg
    10xBW+20kg

    Standing Calf Raises
3x8x100kg (225lbs) <- 25 second stretch on the last rep

Awesome session. Very happy to see the squats progressing still. The 20 repper wasnt too bad, even if it did took me 5 mins to actually become conscious again after finishing it .

Sleep Im starting to feel slightly under recovered. I have a small cold that has been lingering for weeks now and im having more and more trouble falling sleep. I also keep waking during the night to go to the bathroom as i have increased my daily water intake.

Diet Same as normal. I started taking CLA yesterday but didnt really like how it made me feel. Maybe its just a placebo effect but i felt a bit sick to my stomach. Will stop using it for now.

Killing the squats Luna. 300 x 20 is right around the corner, and that's HUGE!

Going slightly lower carbs than normal as i am only doing cardio today and im still feeling pretty full from Sundays Skipload. Carbs will fall around 30grams. Increasing fats/protein slightly.

Thanks a lot guys. I wasn't feeling like doing the leg session on Tuesday, but read your comments and went. Had an amazing session. The support here really helps putting forth that extra effort that is needed to really make a change. Thanks again.

You can totally do it! When you think that you just can't do any more, drop the progression to 5 lbs.

    Week 27

    AM Weight: 92.1kg (202.6lbs) +0.9kg (+2lbs)

Very surprised to see my weight go up. Didnt change anything except for the refeed i did last Sunday. I do feel a lot less flat which could be a big reason for the weight gain. Legs were looking pretty good and i was actually pretty happy with how i looked in the mirror last night.

Im starting to feel pretty rundown at this point. I think lifting four days a week while dieting is a little bit too much. My elbows are really starting to ache and im feeling very unmotivated to continue. Will probably go back to lifting three days a week as of next week.

Not sure if i will continue to focus on weight loss or if ill just try to maintain for a bit. Will come back on that later.

I tend to go back and forth between 4 days and 3 days lifting while dieting. Dieting really really sucks, a lot. I have cycles where I feel great 12 of the 14 days I'm low carbing it, then there are cycles where I feel like complete shit for most of the days. When I get to that point, I usually have some clean carbs or mix up my training a bit, just gotta listen and have that ace in the hole when something comes up, it's mind games. I was having one of those nights where I said to my self..."I really feel like eating some cheese and pork rinds.." Not on my diet, likely going to reflect in a bad weigh in tomorrow, but my mind is happy, and I know I'll lose the weight.

Thanks Mark, that really helps with putting things into perspective. I was feeling pretty down, but you are right. You have good and bad weeks and pushing through the bad ones is what seperates success from failure.

    Thanks again!

I think 3 days a week sounds perfectly reasonable. You've been doing great with where you are and the strange may spark some new gains and motivation.

Wow man that 20rep squat is killer. And a tip if the mirror is showing results don't let the scale dictate your training. Sometimes I still have to convince myself the scale is a poor way to gauge progress compared to a mirror.

    AM Weight: 90.4kg (199lbs)

Very happy with this. I normally baseline on Wednesday's from the Skipload, but i only came close to baseline yesterday (Saturday). Thought i had overshot completely but i dropped 1.5lbs compared to last week and im feeling great. I guess now that i have gotten leaner i can take in more carbs and it takes a bit longer to return to baseline.

Just had my first meal of the Skipload, bread with lots of jelly and a protein shake. I watched Skip's dvd for the third time yesterday and noticed i was doing a couple of things wrong (not eating protein first, getting painfully full on the first meal). Going to adjust those things today.

The 20 rep squats are amazing. I have seen some good things happen to my legs even on a diet after adding those in.

Depth on the GM's is less than i was expecting, but going deeper would mean the bar would start rolling. Im still getting a great stretch in my hams on the bottom though.
