Awesome session. Very happy to see the squats progressing still. The 20 repper wasnt too bad, even if it did took me 5 mins to actually become conscious again after finishing it .
Sleep Im starting to feel slightly under recovered. I have a small cold that has been lingering for weeks now and im having more and more trouble falling sleep. I also keep waking during the night to go to the bathroom as i have increased my daily water intake.
Diet Same as normal. I started taking CLA yesterday but didnt really like how it made me feel. Maybe its just a placebo effect but i felt a bit sick to my stomach. Will stop using it for now.
