Any Diet suggestions out there to get my BF down to a more respectable 12%, right now I'm a shade under 20%.
lifting 4/week, and doing cardio 2/ week.
If I were you I'd go down to about 13-14 calories per lb. daily for a week, and then drop it down to about 11-12 until you reach your desired bodyfat %. Unless you're interested in a keto diet I'd go with 40% carbs, 40% protein, and 20% fat. Definately continue visiting the gym in order to maintain muscle mass. If you want to take it a step further you can suppliment with either an eca stack or yohimbine. I'd research both of these products before purchasing either.
You should also make sure you split your food intake into 6 small meals a day.
Drink water frequently as when your body cells are fully hydrated the metabolic rate will increase.
Keep the carbs low in the evening.
Be patient and lose fat slowly - the aim is to keep it of for good.
