where do you set the sleeves in relation to your elbow? I've been putting mine an inch to an inch and a half past my elbows but after watching the new bench vid from Supertraining, it looks like Mark keeps his below the elbow (on the forearm). This got me thinking that it might provide more support through the lift to lockout, but would it also make it more difficult to touch?
