    what to avoid?

    ok.. if you're using weights then one is using them for a reason. so, what is the best food to eat and what is the best to avoid?

    well "if then one is using them for a reason". I'd avoid any sugery carbs throughout the day until workout time

    we im using weights to get stronger.. when it comes to foods i havnt got a clue whats in what.

    sugary carbs, whats are these in & what do they do?
