The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Its no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

    5/22/09 ME Bench Video

I had more in me, but my pecs were fried. This was the first time I ever did this exercise full range raw. I liked it. I will smash that number when the exercise comes around again in 6 or so weeks.

Thanks to Kenny, Karsten, Drew, Josh and Brian for the help today. Those of you who don't train with a tight crew have no clue what you are missing.

Thanks everyone. I have been working really hard on everything inside and outside of the gym. I will be competing in just about 12 weeks so this is where my meet training cycle really begins. I think I am ahead of where I wanted to be. I just have to stay healthy and consitent.

Rob, I like the Gary Frank comment. Gary is one of the bigges and strongest lifters I have ever been around. Plus he's a really great guy.

Crazy K, if you think your post was a compliment, you're wrong!

    Vin,

Explosive man!!! You're doing a RAW cycle right now?

If so, how often/ long, do you go RAW before getting back in a shirt?

    Thx.
