I know this question has been asked plenty of times! But i have people telling me that im dumb, and its not going to work if i only work my abs 3 times a week! I just want a straight up answer as to what works best, I've been told that i have to work my abs every single day but it doesnt seem right! I mean they too need time to recover! The people that tell me this say that their trainer in high school told them this, and thats the only way it works! I want to know whats up and basically prove a point!! So abs every day or 3 times a week perfect!? links on this would be great! Thanks guys!!
