OK, this may sound like the ultimate noob question but what is macros and how do you calculate it? I have looked around but couldn't find anything. I eat very clean but would really like to calculate what my food intake is so I can truly maximize results. I am 175-180 pounds and about 6'2. I have an athletic build but I just want to get bigger. I am hoping this will help me get headed in the right direction. I can post my diet if need be.
