I've been doing SS for about 3 months now, but just decided to make a log. Been lifting for about 8 months altogether.
Was rushing a little today so I didn't warm up like I wanted, but I got things done.
3x5x245 Working my way up again with the squats, because I wasn't progressing like I wanted.
1x4x135 Was tired didn't take a big enough rest between sets, because I had to leave pretty soon.
5x3x135 Cleans, are the same as the press, these were easy so Im going to increase the weight next time around. I was planning on doing that today but I forgot.
