Came home too late yesterday to update the journal. Good workout but my schedule was thrown off so I had no spotter when I benched
I was going to do the last 2 but when I went down I couldn't come back up, so I rolled the bar off to the pins. Still trying to hit my 3x5x295lb goal!!!

Whats next? 1x5x405 I've only done 405 for 1 rep, I cant wait and see If I can do 5. 385 for 5 reps was cake though.
