You should try out jump rope. I pulled out my old one from high school and its a great tool. I find it much more intense and enjoyable than running for 30 minutes.

You know how to bulk up very well, not everyone can make those type gains.
Good workout! Feeling strong in everything but the squats today even though I went through the 5x5. Maybe it's from the weight loss, but I'm still making gains on the other lifts.
About Friday, I had a lot planned I was hoping to hit some PR's, but Thanksgiving Thursday through me off. By the time I finished eating Thursday, talked, and cleaned up it was 3pm, so I stayed over at my grandfathers because it's an hour drive home. I will shoot for 465 for 5 this Friday on the deadlift and maybe 275 on the bench.

Unfortunately, today sucked.
I weighed myself this morning, and I was 218. I thought I would be over 223 considering how much I ate on thanksgiving, and all I ate afterwards. I ate like it was thanksgiving for 2 days after.

I attempted 465 4 times today, I got them all to my knee besides the last one.
Dips were easier then normal, haha, I was just too tired to attempt more.
I'm not too sure what I'm going to do now. I'm losing strength on my deads, and squat. Could the lose of stregth on the deads be from not doing them for 2 weeks? I did 345 ATF but that fu**** was HEAVY. I'm happy with the way I'm leaning out though, and I had a good time wearing on old pants that wouldn't go past my thighs before. People are noticing that I'm losing weight slightly, on Wed somebody at the gym asked me If I was cutting because I have more definition, and 2 friends told me my face looks thinner. Any tips on what I should try doing? Is this routine good to use on a cut? Should I go light on the squats and deads just so I do the prescribed reps with the same weight for all of them?

Leaning does have its perks, lol...solid numbers all around bro.
Lowered the weight on everything, just wanted to see where I was at. What I did do however was take minimal breaks between sets on the squats I used my phone and only took a 1 minute break. This was very tiring, I felt like I had just ran a marathon afterwards. Only did this because I can't even squat 225 for 11 reps, I'm only good at heavy singles.

I've been on vacation for a little over 2 weeks, I just got back last night. I did do pushups, and dips every 3rd day, because thats all I had access to. I'm glad to be back, and start lifting again.
