Cardio and abs today. 15 minutes of HITT and 10 minutes of crunches/situps. Definetly think its possible for me to drop to 180-185 now.

OK workout but my quads are in a lot of pain right now, I think it's because I've been lagging it with them. Very hard to even walk upstairs. I'm also going to train tomorrow for Friday's session because I'll be gone Friday morning until Monday, I'll most likely skip squats. The only lifts that have have seemed to have dropped from the weight loss is my deadlift, and back squat. Everything else is pretty much the same.
Weight this morning was 205.
