    Cool Nitrean Shake

    1 cup ice

    2 cups water or milk

    2-3 scoops Chocolate Nitrean

    1 cup old fashion oats

    2-5 tbl spoons of Honey


    Mix in blender. The best shake I have had to this day. The honey REALLY gives it a great flavor with the oats. I needed some carbs in the shake and this helped.

    When I use oats in my shakes they done blend very good. They just tend to settle to the bottom of my blender and not get mixed in well at all.

    Mine used to without the ice and extra cup of water. Try putting them in last. Also some don't get mixed but most do. Hope that helps.

    i do the same thing bro haha.. without the honey though, i'll give it a shot. also my oats blend pretty well, but after i pour it into my cup little diced up oats settle at the bottom of my cup
