I have been trying to get over a shoulder injury for about six months now.
I am putting it behind me now !
Deficet Deadlifts (USING 35 LB PLATES and 25's)
Rack Pull from Knee Height
Under Hand Grip Pull-Downs
not much pain, did shoulder pre/rehab before workout, Shoulder does feel weak. Still can not drive off the chest without real bad pain.
I have been hitting asst work real hard so took it off this week

Went back did some asst work today for a second session.
1 arm rows
full range of motion pull-ups
Hammer Curls sitting
Good luck with the lifting and building the shoulder back up man.
