I'm going to start the westside program tomorrow afternoon, I guess just a bit bored with the monotony with Rippetoes and want to try a little new stuff. Where this link, for example, says to choose one of the workouts out of a list for A, B, C, and D, would it be best to just cycle through that list each time you work that day? Or do they mean pick one and stick with it for a long while?
